Kim Higginbotham

Kim Higginbotham, the face behind Unified’s stellar customer service, has been taking care of the company’s clients for more than four years. She graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a BFA in Arts and Performance. She then started climbing the ladder in the corporate world gaining sales and administrative experience. But her interest in the creative industries made her look elsewhere. Kim joined Unified in our second year and has been invaluable to growing the company to where we are today.

On first meeting her, you’ll see why she heads our day-to-day customer contact. Her easy manner and bright smile lead the way. Genuine thoughtfulness makes her a natural in this role. We are all good folks here – and Kim communicates that very well. All of us want to deliver the best in service to you and she makes sure you know it every time you call us. Ask any of our long time clients: no one could be better for the job.

All this is no surprise because Kim hails from some interesting roots. Her family is a part of the Texas wine industry and owns a large vineyard in East Texas. She’s also multi-talented and has played piano for 25 years – ever since her legs dangled from the piano bench at age 4!
